Delta announces Andreea Wade to join as new General Partner
Today we announced that entrepreneur Andreea Wade is joining the company as a General Partner, building out the investing team. As well as making investments, Andreea will support Delta ventures on AI strategy across existing portfolio and new fund deployments.
Andreea brings deep experience as an operator in AI-led businesses combined with her extensive network in Ireland and beyond. She joins Delta Partners from US firm ICIMS to whom she sold her own business, Opening.io, in 2020. At ICIMS, she led a team developing the company’s AI platform, building extensive AI models from scratch that evolved into products designed to enhance talent acquisition and streamline recruitment processes, all while prioritizing responsible AI practices. She is a well-known startup supporter and already gives her time to the technology and innovation ecosystem as a former operator and entrepreneur.

Since launching Delta IV the current fund in 2022, Delta has made 17 investments in companies including Zero Mission, which enables commercial fleet operators to transition to electric vehicles, NoFrixion, a fintech who have built a platform that enables money movement for modern finance teams, VisionR whose technology gives retailers insight into how customers behave in-store and interact with their products, and Recruitroo, where Andreea already chairs the Board of Directors.
