Maurice, Dermot, Amy & Rich - Our Partners.

Delta IV, our firm's latest fund, has landed. Along with two new partners. And we can't wait to get going.

We are excited to announce Delta Partners' 6th fund, focused on supporting exceptional early-stage founders in Ireland who are building important, lasting companies.

For over 30 years, Delta Partners has been supporting entrepreneurs to build great businesses. Having invested in over 120 companies, and exits generating €1.8B, we're building on a track record of both support and performance. We know what it takes for entrepreneurs to build great businesses, especially at that crucial early stage which is where our fund will focus. Watch this space for announcements very soon!

A growing team for an ever-changing market

Alongside the new fund, Maurice and Dermot - Delta's original Partners - have added two new Partners to the team who share the vision and bring operator experiences and networks to benefit our portfolio companies.

Rich Barnwell is leveraging his incredible experience as Founder, CEO and COO spending the last 20 years building & scaling technology startups. Most recently he was the founder/CEO of DIGIT, an Irish technology startup that achieved incredible success and sold to Scopely Inc in 2019. DIGIT was a Delta portfolio company.

Amy Neale has joined from the world of financial services where she has spent the last 7 years tracking the global trends in fintech and focusing on startup/corporate engagement at Mastercard, including leading the company's award-winning fintech accelerator, Start Path.

We are all opening our diaries to ensure we leave no stone left unturned when it comes to identifying people building the future.

A trusted set of partners who understand the ambition of Ireland's entrepreneurs

Delta Partners investments demonstrate what's unique about entrepreneurs based in Ireland. Global from day one, tackling real world problems, and creating talented teams known across the world for their creativity.

We're delighted to receive the backing of our LPs to carry out this important work, including Bank of Ireland, Enterprise Ireland and Fexco and the family offices of some of Ireland’s most successful technology entrepreneur. These investors truly understand the needs of the Irish ecosystem and are enabling Delta to be the first institutional investor of choice for the best startups in the country.

The whole Delta team wants to thank investors past and present who have trusted us to deploy their capital wisely, our community of co-investors and collaborators, and - most importantly - the gutsy founders we back who prove every day that it's possible to shape the future by building from Ireland.

We can’t wait to get started so visit our Partner page to schedule time to talk!
