About Me:

After spending almost 20 years helping to build successful technology start-ups in various operational roles, including as COO, CEO and Founder (check out my LinkedIn for the full bio), I chose to join Delta and jump into the world of early-stage VC with the goal of helping as many founders as possible build incredible businesses.

I’ve been an entrepreneur/founder, raising many rounds of capital from investors, building $1b+ SaaS products, hiring world-class teams (Including here in Ireland), losing a lot of sleep, and eventually successfully exiting. I hope that some of my hard-earned lessons help the founders I invest in on their own adventures.
